Highlights

IMPORTANT: Fixed the issue where CREATE INDEX|REINDEX CONCURRENTLY in PG14.0-14.3 could corrupt index data.

Pigsty v1.5.1 upgrades the default PostgreSQL version to 14.4. Strongly recommend updating ASAP.
